The customer service was exceptional! They made the entire process seamless, from getting an estimate to picking up my car after the repairs. I was particularly impressed with how they kept me updated throughout the process, so I knew exactly what was happening. The only thing I would suggest is maybe adding more visibility on the estimated completion times, as I had to ask a couple of times for updates.
